At 3D PHOENIX, we work to ensure that we provide our Customers with professional quality in 3D Models, 3D Stock Images, and 3D Generated Scenery.

This we take seriously in order to ensure Customer Satisfaction at all times. If you believe that the product(s) you have purchased from our website is defective, kindly contact our team on [email protected], and we will take all the necessary actions in order to remedy your concerns.

Eligibility for Refund

Our Customers are eligible for refunds by complying with the following steps:

  • A request is submitted to [email protected] within five (5) days from the date of the purchase.
  • The purchased product does not match its description or preview images in a significant manner
  • Crucial model parts, details, textures or files are missing from the downloadable package.
  • Model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded.

When requesting a refund, please, indicate the order number, the problem encountered, preferred type of refund (similar model from the same artist or a cash back refund) in your email message to 3D Phoenix.

After receiving a refund request, we will process the request within 3 business days. However, the payment will take place 30 days after the authorization has taken place, and the payment processor fees will be deducted, if any.

In the event of a refund, you (The Customer) are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to retain or use them in the future.

Refund Considerations

Before proceeding with your purchase, please consider the following:

  • Be sure that the model is compatible with your software. If you are not sure, we strongly advise that you contact our support team on [email protected] so that we can assist you with purchasing the right model and version.
  • Be sure that you are purchasing the correct model. If you purchase and download a model that has no functional problems with the formats provided by us or the artist, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
  • Prior to requesting a refund or being eligible for one, you can establish contact with our support team in order to assist you in the remediation of the problem or issue.
